What B2B video production costs
A B2B video ad campaign from us costs $50,000 to $100,000 to buy outright, and $75,000 is the plan most clients pick. Creative development alone, which we call AdSpark, is $7,500 to $15,000 and is credited toward production. Commit $300,000 or more to media and the ads are free. Same ads, three ways to pay.
Why we publish prices
Almost nobody in this category does. The quote arrives after two calls and a discovery deck, and it’s a number nobody can compare to anything. We’d rather you know before the first call whether we’re in your range. Half the time we’re not, and that saves both of us a meeting.
The three ways to pay
AdSpark: $7,500 to $15,000. Six weeks of creative development. At the low end: concepts, the campaign direction and strategy, the scripts, and a media plan. At the high end, add a lookbook and animated storyboards, enough that your own team could shoot it and know the composition, wardrobe and props before anyone’s on set. Go ahead with production and the fee is credited toward it. Don’t, and you still own the scripts.
A full production: $50,000 to $100,000. The standard is $75,000. AdSpark plus pre-production, the shoot and post. At $75,000 you get one 30-second hero, three 15-second pillars, the photos, and social versions of everything with and without subtitles, sized for every platform you’ll run on, with our recommendation on where each one plays best. All shot on set. No cutdowns. You own the ads and run them with anyone.
Free, with $300,000 or more in media. We make the ads at no separate charge, you fund the media, we run it as one team. The creative cost is recovered over the life of the relationship. Leave early and there’s a cost tied to what’s left of the commitment.
What moves a quote from $50,000 to $100,000
- Days on set. One day versus two is the biggest single line.
- Cast. A two-hander is cheaper than a courtroom.
- Locations and builds. A rented office versus a set that has to be a spaceship.
- Photos. A photo day comes with the standard plan and up, not the entry budget.
- Speed. Rush schedules are rare, cost a lot more, and usually aren’t worth it. We’ve done them.
What doesn’t move it: the idea. A great script costs the same to write as a bad one.
What “free” actually means
It’s a bet, not a gift. Most brands underinvest in the ad, the media underperforms, and the budget gets spent anyway with nothing to show for it. We flip that. We fund the best ads we can make, pair them with media we plan and measure, and recover the creative cost over the campaign. Better ads make the media work harder. When results keep beating the plan, nobody leaves. That’s the model working.
$300,000 is a floor, not a lump sum. What matters is pacing it fast enough to work. You see the plan and the pacing options at the end of AdSpark, before you decide anything.
What you get for it
Whichever way you pay, the deliverable is the same: a campaign, not a video. One 30-second hero on the main problem and three 15-second pillars, each on a different angle. Not cutdowns: nobody watches a shorter version of something they’ve already seen. Every ad comes in every size and platform version you’ll need, social with and without subtitles, plus our read on where each one plays best. Photos from the standard plan up. Add a 1- to 3-minute explainer when the buyer needs the product walked through. Three campaigns are below. The rest are on the work page.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a cheaper option?
AdSpark on its own, $7,500 to $15,000, gets you scripts and a media plan you own. Below that we’re not the right fit, and we’ll say so.
Is media included in the production price?
No. Media is always separate from the production price. On the free path, the media budget is what pays for the ads.
Can we start with AdSpark and decide later?
Yes. That’s what it’s for. The fee is credited toward production if you go ahead.
What if we leave the free model early?
There’s a cost tied to what’s left of your commitment. After that, license the ads to run anywhere. Not a trap, not a loophole for free production either.
Do prices change for bigger companies?
The production price is the production price. What changes with size is the media plan. Most clients end up in seven figures, because that’s the level that outruns competitors.
