Don’t Be A Relic

A museum tour of businesses that refused to evolve: the fax-machine exhibit, the "we've always done it this way" wing, the gift shop nobody visits. The docent is very proud. BA/RS is the alternative to becoming an exhibit. The tour format lets the spot list a whole category's bad habits without ever lecturing, because the museum is doing the lecturing and everyone knows what a museum is.
